These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software products and related services (including Vesslo, KeyHarbor, SplitSwipe, HarborDrop and any other products, collectively the "Service") provided by mani's tech (the "Company").

2. Payment and Sales

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and refunds for purchases of the Service.

• All prices are displayed in local currency and may include applicable VAT or sales tax.

3. License Grant

Upon payment completion and subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, the Company grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the software for personal or commercial purposes
• Install and use within the number of devices specified in the license
• Receive free updates (during the license period for the applicable version)

4. Usage Restrictions

Users may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the software
• Attempt reverse engineering, decompilation, or source code extraction
• Share or resell license keys
• Circumvent security mechanisms of the service

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the software and related content belong to the Company. The license is a grant of usage rights, not a transfer of ownership.
