1. Service Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software products and related services (including Vesslo, KeyHarbor, SplitSwipe, HarborDrop and any other products, collectively the "Service") provided by mani's tech (the "Company").

2. Payment and Sales

The payment provider depends on the selected method. Korean customers use NICEPAY first, while customers outside Korea use PayPal first. Paddle.com is an alternative for Vesslo and KeyHarbor only. HarborDrop uses NICEPAY in Korea and PayPal outside Korea. SplitSwipe sales are temporarily on hold.

  • The price, currency, and any applicable tax or fee are shown before payment confirmation.
  • For NICEPAY or PayPal inquiries, contact [email protected]. For Paddle orders, use Paddle customer support or the receipt link.

3. License Grant

Upon payment completion and subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, the Company grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the software for personal or commercial purposes
  • Activate a Vesslo Personal license on up to 2 devices; device limits for other products are shown at checkout or in the applicable license
  • Receive free updates (during the license period for the applicable version)

4. Usage Restrictions

Users may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the software
  • Attempt reverse engineering, decompilation, or source code extraction
  • Share or resell license keys
  • Circumvent security mechanisms of the service

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the software and related content belong to the Company. The license is a grant of usage rights, not a transfer of ownership.

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Indirect or incidental damages from software use
  • Compatibility issues with third-party services

7. Changes to Terms

The Company may change these terms as needed, and significant changes will be notified through the website or email.

8. Governing Law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and related disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Seoul Central District Court.
